All rates and policies are subject to modification without notice. |
| Rates are based upon 1 RV, and one tow vehicle or towed vehicle with 2 adults, there is no additional charge for children of the adults. |
| Monthly rates do not include electric, it is metered independently and billed at the first of the month, an electric deposit is taken at the beginning of a stay. |
| Cancellations on reserved monthly stays requires 60 days notice before occupancy date to receive a full refund, 59-30 days to receive a 50% refund, no refunds on cancellations after 30 days. |
| Cancellations on daily or weekly stays require 48 hours notice before occupancy to receive a full refund, 24 hours to receive a 50% refund, no refunds on cancellations after 24 hours. |
